A CLASS UNDERFLOOR CABLE TRAYS
These are underfloor cable trays. This classication is made according to the hole underfloor. The hole on its floor doesn’t proceed the two
percent of total surface. It consists of two pieces, on the upper floor, there are segments according to the width of the cable. These segments are
designed in one piece not to damage the cable. The product are shown in detail in farther pages.

Note: Except for placing a cable inside of it, if a flow of energy is implemented in underfloor cable trays with socket box, we advise you
to proceed according to the instructions below.
to proceed according to the instructions below.
1- Whatever is the dimension of a cable tray, network sockets must be in 220V.
2- To operate these sockets, 16A switch must be used.
3- As the distance of cable way lenght increases, the diameter of the cable increases. In these conditions, cables like 2×2,5 – 3×2,5 – 4×4 – 4×6 – 4×10 – 4×16 can be used in minimum. According to
3a- standart dimensions, the height of Underfloor Cable Trays are 25mm in minimum and 35mm in maximum. The product with height 40mm remains same physically. The cable trays above h:40mm changes physically.
3b- Without depending on underfloor socket box, heights can be increased on request.
4- In the case that there is no general electric cut, the tripping of circuit breaker in single cable transition and in single switch in underfloor socket boxes, all the flow of energy is closed. In such cases, to provide more than one switch and cable transition is important in terms of incessant energy.
5- In case of using socket boxes, the energy flow sockets according to standard factory production grounding and ups plugs must be in the dimensions of 45x45mm. In data telephone lines this dimension must be, 22,5x45mm or 45x45mm.
6- Earthing for underfloor cable trays must also be applied.
B CLASS CABLE TRAYS
This type of cable is seperated to two segments. This classication is made according to the hole underfloor. The hole on the surface must
be between %15 and %30 of total surface. The purpose of it is lesson heat to minimum. Normal type cable trays should be used in traying the
lighter cables. Heavy Duty Cable Trays enable you to tray heavier loads. The product are shown in detail in farther pages.

C CLASS CABLE TRAYS
This type is cable ladders. This classication is made according to open base place. The open base over the product is more than %90. The removal capacity is not different from C class cable trays. With the feature of good airing, Z class cable trays are preffered in the points where the energy cables are heavily trained. In the process of product, seperate places are connected and cable way is created. While these pieces are combined the rivet method is used. The products are shown in details in farther pages.
UNCOATED HOT ROLLED SHEET METALS
Without coating hot rolled sheet metals are called slabs. They are flat steels in plate shape that are formed by the continous casting technique of liquid steel rectangular sliced product in hot strip rolling plant the flat steel that is acquired by hot Rolling and their Thicknesses vary between 1,50-20mm the sheet metals in roll and plate flat steels and in Thickness of 5,00-200,00mm and in the width of 1000-3800mm.
ELECTRO GALVANIZED TS 149 (DIN 50976)
After all the manufacturing processes finish, it can be applied to every material in all Thicknesses with chromate or without chromate after electro zinc coating. It is advised only to be applied in dry conditions. Its coating Thickness is between 8-12 micron.
PRE-GALVANIZED TS 822 EN 10143 (BS 2989)
It is the processes of dipping the plain steel sheets until the Thicknesses of 2.5mm, into molten zinc pool. The coating Thicknesses of it is between 15-20 micron. Galvanized flat steelsare manufactured by the zinc coating of the two surfaces of cold rolled metal by hot dip galvanization processes. After the forming of zinc coating on its surface, as a consequence of heating with induction, the galvanized flat steels are manufactured with the transformation of interface coating into the zinc-iron sheet of alloy. Zinc coating of galvanized steels are protected by passivating with chromatizing and lubricating. The surface quality of galvanized materials are manufactured in 3 different surface quality as A,B and C according to the international standarts. Advantages: Corrosion resistance, perfect surface appearance, formability, dyeability.
STAINLESS STEEL
STAINLESS STEEL is described as iron-carbon alloy includes minimum %10,5 chrome element. Chrome element is the main component that protects steel against corrosion. The name of it comes from its steel’s not being corrosioned or stained. The most common known austenitic alloys of it are 304 and 316. Austenitic stainless steels are not magnetics and not subjected to heat treatment. Ductility features of them are high and can be solidified by rolling. The stainless steels have perfect corrosion resistance, processability and weldability features.
GEOMET
Geomet is applied to protect fasteners and many type of metalic parts from corrosion and is used is many industries. It can be combined plus, dacrolub or geokote topcoats to provide a very broad range of friction coefficients. It is the most widely used product in zinc flake technology. Properties: Passivated zinc and aluminium flakes in a binder, painted chemistry, Water bassed chemistry, it doesn’t contain Chrome and Heavy Metals, it has an electrical transitivity.
HOTDIP GALVANIZED TS EN ISO 1461
Hotdip Galvanising is the process of coating steel material a molten bath of zinc. The main purpose of the zinc coating of the steel wire is to protect the material from corrosion. Zinc coating provides a protective barrier in many corrosive environmental conditions and considerably extends the serice life 0 of the steel material. Heat of Galvanization 450-490 C.
POWDER COATING SYSTEMS
Electrostatic powder coating is based on the principle of applying polymer powders on the parts to be coated by means of electrostatic method then ring. It is generally applied as keeping for 10 minutes in 200°C.
EARTHING SYSTEM
Base Earthing System is the earthing system which consists of conductors that are installed into base concrete by linking to construction irons. Generally 30×3 galvanized earthing tape is used as it is conductive. Galvanized conductive tape is installed into concrete vertically and is linked to construction irons in certain spans. To complete the connections of the earthing system, connecting terminals are extracted from certain points to the outside. In addition to this, if there is outside lightning systems in the building, connecting terminals must be left to make the connection to the outside lightning earthing system. After that when the outside lightning system is installed, outside lightning earthing system and base earthing system are connected.
